“I’ve spent decades solving operational problems in dental practices. You don’t need to know exactly what’s broken. That’s my job.”
About Tonya
Helping Practices Grow While Giving Owners Their Time Back
I founded T Brock Dental Ops because I believe successful practices are built on more than production numbers—they're built on strong systems, healthy teams, and leaders who can focus on patient care instead of daily operational chaos.
For more than two decades, I've worked alongside dentists and specialists in nearly every aspect of practice operations. My experience spans treatment coordination, revenue cycle management, insurance and accounts receivable, scheduling optimization, team development, patient communication, and operational leadership. I've managed complex, high-value treatment plans, coordinated multidisciplinary care, and helped practices strengthen both the patient experience and the business behind it.
But the work that matters most isn't found in a job description. It's helping a practice owner take a deep breath because they finally have a trusted partner to help solve the problems that have been keeping them up at night.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all consulting packages. Every practice has its own goals, challenges, and opportunities. My role is to evaluate the health of your operations, identify what is working, uncover what is holding you back, and build practical solutions that fit your team and your vision.
Whether the challenge is streamlining systems, improving treatment acceptance, strengthening collections, developing your team, or creating operational stability during a period of growth or transition, I bring an executive-level perspective with a hands-on understanding of how dental practices actually function.
My mission is simple:
Help practices grow with intention, create sustainable systems, and give owners the freedom to lead with confidence while keeping their peace.
If you're ready to take an honest look at the health of your practice, I'd be honored to start that conversation.
“Most consultants give advice from 30,000 above, I prefer the engine room.”
